"You Could Be Anyone In The World But You’re You And I Think About That All The Time" is a collaboration between Satchel Lee and Lucky Risograph. The zine contains a collection of photographed portraits of three distinct characters portrayed by 15 individuals.

The artist considers the question - how do we end up in our bodies as the person we are" and offers a visual meditation with nearly identical images - the subject being the only thing to change.

Anyone can be anyone. The fact that your soul is in your body at this moment in time is a fluke. Or maybe it isn’t. For this project we’ll have different “players” portray three different characters to challenge the notion of who someone is or who they could be.

NADIA - Daughter of former cult leaders “Zizou” and “Ptolomey” Starbean. Was sent to live with her paternal grandparents when she was 7 years old. 

NOAH - A graduate of St. Catherine’s Academy; the best Christian Military School in the state. 

NOOR - Discovered she was adopted while making a documentary about her family for a college class.
